Welcome to Green Waste Services LLC! We are committed to providing convenient, reliable, and professional waste valet services. Please read through our policy page to understand our services, terms, and responsibilities.

Service Availability

Our waste valet service is available in Broken Arrow and nearby areas. Call to see if you are within our service area. We reserve the right to change or limit service areas based on demand or local regulations.

Service Schedule

Pick-Up Days:

Waste valet services are scheduled for pick-up on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Timing:

Pick-up will occur between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Ensure your waste is placed outside before the scheduled time to avoid missed pick-ups. If it is placed outside after 3 p.m., call or text to ensure your pick-up is completed.

Accepted Waste

We accept the following types of waste:

  • Household trash (must be bagged and tied with no large tears or active leaks, no more than 3 bags per pick up)

  • Cardboard (if 3 or more boxes they must be broken down)

  • Small appliances (must be sealed in a box and clearly labeled as trash, no more than 1 appliance per pick up)

  • Small furniture and electronics (must be clearly labeled as trash and able to be handled by one person downstairs safely, no more than 1 piece of small furniture or electronics per pick up)

  • All trash, cardboard, small appliances, small furniture, and electronics can not exceed 30 lbs in combined weight.

Not Accepted:

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, oil, etc.)

  • Large furniture, appliances, or electronics (unless arranged in advance and extra charges may apply)

  • Construction debris/yard waste

Please ensure your waste is properly contained in a tied bag or sealed container.

"No Bag Left Behind" Guarantee

  • If a customer notifies us before the end of the scheduled service period (7 PM) that a bag was placed outside but was not collected, we will return to pick it up that evening.

  • If we are unable to return that evening, we will provide one month of free service as compensation.

Guidelines for Eligibility:

To qualify for the "No Bag Left Behind" Guarantee, the missed bag or waste must:

  • Be placed outside during the scheduled service period (4 PM - 7 PM), but not after 7 PM.

  • Meet our Accepted Waste Guidelines (properly bagged, tied, and within size and weight limits).

  • Not exceed 30 lbs per item and comply with our list of accepted waste materials.

  • Be reported as missed before 6 PM on the same service day.

Exclusions:

This guarantee does not apply if:

  • The bag or waste does not meet our accepted waste guidelines.

  • The waste was placed outside after 7 PM.

  • The missed bag was reported after 6 PM on the same service day.

  • The complex or property management is already providing waste valet services for residents.

  • A service delay was communicated due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen events.

We stand by our commitment to excellent service and keeping your property clean. If you experience a missed pick-up, please contact us by phone or through our website before 7 p.m. to report the issue.

Fees & Billing

Pricing: Our standard pricing is $40 per month, and extra charges may apply for oversized items if permitted for pick up beforehand.

Late Payment Fees: Payments must be made within 7 days of the due date. Late payments will incur a fee of $15. If not paid by 14 days after the due date, services will be canceled and can not be renewed until the previous month, when the late fees are paid in full.

Cancellations & Refunds: We require a seven-day notice for cancellations. Refunds are not issued after service has been rendered for 7 days. Any issued refunds will incur refund fees.

Service Interruptions

We will notify customers promptly if service will be delayed or suspended due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen events. We make every effort to resume services on the next scheduled pick-up day when interruptions occur.

Client Responsibilities

Ensure that your waste is properly sorted (if applicable) and placed outside for pick-up.

Securely close containers to prevent spillage.

Report any issues (e.g., missed pick-up, missed items) immediately via our contact page or phone number.

Apartment Complex Fees

Green Waste Services is not responsible for any fines, fees, or penalties imposed by your apartment complex or property management related to trash being left outside. It is the resident's responsibility to comply with their community's waste disposal policies.

Damage or Loss of Property

We are not responsible for damage to private property unless caused directly by our staff during the collection process. If damage occurs, please contact us within 2 days to resolve the issue.

Privacy & Data Security

We value your privacy and do not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy page.

Liability

While we aim to provide excellent service, we are not liable for damages resulting from delays, missed pick-ups, or actions beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

Modifications to Policies

We reserve the right to modify our policies, pricing, and services. Any changes will be communicated through text message and will be effective immediately after posting.
