What Is A Waste Valet Service?
We offer a service where our team comes to your door to collect your trash or cardboard and take it to the dumpster for you, so you can stay in the comfort of your own home.
How Does Your Service Work?
You can place your bagged trash or cardboard outside your door during pickup times, and we will dispose of it.
What Days And Time Do You Pick Up Trash?
We operate Sunday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., but we reserve the right to adjust our operating days and hours.
Do I Need To Sign Up, Or Is This Included In My Appartments Rent?
We do sign contracts to offer this service to full complexes, so call your apartment complex’s office to see if they offer this as an amenity. We do appreciate any recommendations you give to complexes to have them offer this service as an amenity at your complex.
Trash & Cardboard Guidelines
What Kind of Trash Can I Put Out For Collection?
We take any quantity of bagged trash that’s tied and the bag is fully intact, so long it does not exceed our 30lbs weight limit. If is severally ripped, exceeds our weight limit, or trash is not bagged it will not be collected.
Do I Need to Break Down Cardboard?
We do not require cardboard to be fully broken down unless in high quantities (3 or more), so we do not carry multiple empty boxes that could be condensed down. Boxes are subject to the same 30lbs weight restrictions.
What Happens if I Put Trash Out After Pickup Hours?
If you place trash or cardboard outside after pick-up hours we won't be back for pick-up until possibly the next day. Please refer to our days and times of operation to know when our pick-up times and days are.
Do You Take Bulk Items Like Furniture or Appliances?
No, we do not pick up bulk items such as large furniture, appliances, or electronics as part of the valet service. We will take small appliances under 30 lbs that are placed in a box and furniture that is easily handled by one person up and down stairs that are under 30 lbs. We will take certain larger items for an extra fee call to see if your item is accepted.
Billing & Payments
How Much Does The Waste Valet Service Cost?
We have a standard rate of $40 per month. Extra fees may be applied if oversized item pick-up is requested or a late payment occurs resulting in late fees.
How Do I Pay for The Service?
We accept all major credit & debit cards. We are card only, cash or check will not be accepted.
How Do I Cancel My Service?
Simply give us a call and we will get your services canceled. We do ask for a 7-day notice or you will be automatically charged, and a refund after that will accrue a refund fee.
Other Common Questions
What If I’m Away on Vacation?
Go ahead and set your trash out before you leave and we will make sure to pick it up and continue as soon as you are back. If you plan on being gone for 2 weeks or longer give us a call to discuss options.
What Should I Do If My Trash Wasn't Collected?
Send us a picture of what was missed or left so we can double-check to make sure it’s within our guidelines and we will resolve the issue asap.
